In each of our sessions we focus on building strength and control of the deep core muscles, improving posture and alignment, increasing body awareness and control, and improving co-ordination and balance.
In order to add variety and take the Pilates exercises to a different level we incorporate the use of swiss balls, therabands, mini-balls, foam rollers and magic circles etc. in our classes. Modifications are offered so that all levels will benefit from the classes.
All clients are encouraged to listen to their bodies to see what modification is appropriate. The quality of movement is valued over the quantity of repetitions.
