We have a wide variety of classes online & in-studio – from mat and foam-roller classes to pilates for kids. We also offer private and semi-private appointments using reformers and other equipment. Find our schedule & book appointments/classes on the MindBody app.
If you are brand new to pilates or not sure where to begin, we recommend our group mat class or a private session to get you familiar with the equipment. Instructors are trained to offer modifications and advancements for each exercise so you can customize any movement to your needs and experience level.
Reserve your spot in a class or book a private appointment through our website or the MindBody app. Once you’ve booked your class/appointment, you’ll receive an invoice from our team. Please settle your invoice and send proof of payment to admin@tashbpilates.co.za

Yes! Instructors are trained to accommodate clients with injuries. Notify your instructor before class so they can offer you proper modifications. If you want a class tailored to assist with your specific injury, we recommend scheduling a private session with one of our instructors.
